As well as listing guildies in the web admin area (see #9), I think the ability to msg them from the interface would be useful. Additionally messaging to the entire guild (via #gm) would also be nice.

Marking #32 as a duplicate. Same thing but using IRC. Whatever solution, it should enable messaging in game people using an external interface.

Web is probably better as some people may have access to web, but not IRC. One of Llynara''s jobs even blocked web based IRC clients.
Worth noting ... the interface could allow direct display and send to the guild channel.
